Das Ansetzen deines Sauerteigs erfordert nur Zeit, die passende Temperatur, Mehl und Wasser. Egal ob Roggen oder Weizensauerteig, du kannst nach mehrtägigem Züchten deines Natursauerteiges, dein erstes eigenes Sauerteig-Brot backen.

Im Messbecher-Deckel kannst du einfach Mehl und Wasser abmessen, um deinen Sauerteig anzusetzen und regelmäßig zu füttern. Mit dem Silikon Teigschaber wird das Mehl mit dem Wasser vermischt und überschüssige Teigränder im Glasinneren entfernt.

Danach kannst du mit den mitgelieferten Gummiringen einfach überprüfen, wie aktiv dein Starter ist und wie viel er gewachsen ist seit dem letzten Mal füttern.

Im zweiten Kilner Weithalsglas kannst du dir immer eine Portion Sauerteigstarter im Kühlschrank aufbewahren, da der Sauerteig dort länger haltbar ist, ohne gefüttert zu werden.
